The German game developers forum ZFX is my home, and I document my data analysis in Extracting Ace Combat. The thread starts in German, but I quickly switched to English when international readers appeared.
USEA Today is the blog of DragonSpikeXIII, head of Team Nemo, which translated the Ace Combat 3 from Japanese to English. Anything concerning AC3 can be found there.
Team Nemo documented their work on ROMhacking.net. The first tools for extracting AC3’s archives have appeared there.
Ace Combat 3 - hack and translation wiki is maintained by modder Infrid to gather knowledge on AC3’s internals.
